Laser

Excel V

EXCEL V (Laser System)
Excel V, which was developed by Cutera, is a new laser system for providing treatment of a variety of vascular skin conditions. Many skin conditions manifest in the form of broken or abnormal blood vessels in the skin, such is the case with rosacea, in which the facial blood vessels dilate excessively causing redness and flushing. Excel V treats these conditions by administering a unique high power green laser that is absorbed by the abnormal blood vessels in the skin. The laser heats the abnormal vessels until they are removed. At the end of treatment, the patient’s natural skin tone and color are restored.

Which areas can be Treated?
•Rosacea
•Telangiectasia
•Leg Veins
•Facial Veins (red and blue)
•Venous lake (purple lesions on lips)
•Diffuse redness of the face and neck skin
•Scars and keloids
•Sebaceous hyperplasia (dilated oil glands)
•Port Wine Stain
•Hemangiomas
•Cherry Angioma
•Freckles
•Sun damage pigmentation
•Warts

Laser Toning

Laser Toning

Dramatically Reduce Dark Patches On Your Cheeks and Around Your Eyes !

Laser Toning reduces or completely eliminates darker patches of skin pigmentation. As well, by improving skin texture and unevenness, pore sizes are reduced and fine wrinkles minimized.

How it works: A two-part procedure applies both a photo-enhancer and laser energy to combat concentrated pockets of the brown pigment, melanin.

Laser Toning is the solution for:
● Melasma (Chloasma)
● Uneven skin tones
● Fine wrinkles
● Large pores

HIFU High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

HIFU High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

“For Face-Lifting & Body Tightening”

What is HIFU?
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU, or sometimes FUS for Focused UltraSound) is a medical procedure that applies high-intensity focused ultrasound energy to locally heat for a lifting result on the skin to help prevent wrinkles and form of collagen. HIFU is Natural. Non-Invasive. No Downtime. The HIFU procedure has been established to be safe and effective in clinical studies and over 200,000 patient treatments worldwide. The HIFU is also equipped to care for individuals with obesity by breaking down excessive form fatty layers between 10mm to 20mm deep within the body skin.

What is an Ultrasound ?
Ultrasound is a type of oscillating sound pressure wave that has a higher frequency than human hearing is able to detect. Ultrasound is not a unique type of sound, therefore, but is classified differently due to the fact that humans cannot hear it. Ultrasound has a frequency greater than 20 kilohertz (20, 000 kHz), which is beyond the frequency limit of sounds that humans are able to hear.

How does HIFU Works?
Unlike lasers, which penetrate the skin from the outside-in, the HIFU procedure by passes the surface of the skin, and delivers targeted energy specifically into the deep, structural tissues and muscles where collagen lives. By stimulating the deep structural support layers of the skin, a natural, regenerative response is initiated, stimulating the growth of new collagen, which lifts and tightens the skin over time. Because ultrasound technology actually works non-invasively from the inside-out, results build gradually over 2-3 months, and can continue to improve up to 6 months after the procedure. An anesthetic cream is applied to the areas to be treated if needed.

Benefits from HIFU
■ Reducing fine to deep wrinkles
■ Under eye troughs, bags and dark circles
■ Skin lifting
■ Tighter, better-fitting skin, including your neck.
■ It’s the lift without the surgery!
■ Decrease body fat cell layers.

What to Expect with HIFU?
There may be slight redness for up to an hour or so following the treatment, and a small percentage of patients may have slight swelling, tingling or tenderness to touch, but these are mild and temporary in nature and after, your skin will be firm and tighten. Patients treated with HIFU still have fresh young collagen after a year’s time following the procedure, but skin continues to age. Future touch-up treatments can help keep pace with the aging process, which varies by individual.
